Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year and welcome to our new web page.
This year welcomes much in the way of new technology into our classrooms and many new classroom materials. It should be an exciting year with emphasis as always on engaging our students in their learning and supporting behavioral and emotional changes.
This web site offers you an opportunity to see what is happening in our classes. With just a click you can get up-to-date assignments in global studies or algebra. Information on school events, notes of interest, and school delays due to weather will also be posted.
The new school year will bring some changes. The school day will begin earlier with homeroom beginning at 8:30. First period starts at 8:40. The last period of the day ends at 2:20. Activities and enrichment will be held from 2:30-3:15. This schedule will afford students every opportunity to receive any extra academic support they need.
Please make it a habit to refer to this site so that you can keep up-to-date on all the happenings at the Gustavus Adolphus Learning Center, the home of the Lions of the North, where we are the "Lions' Pride".
